This type of hypnotherapy is great for behaviour change.
Some issues that can be resolved by this form of hypnotherapy includes:
- Stopping smoking
- Simple weight loss (when no emotional issues are involved)
- Confidence boosting
- Performance
- Exam stress
- Driving anxiety

Having never experienced this type of hypnotherapy before, but knowing about it I went in both intrigued and excited.
Angela was great. So clear in her explanations, she listened and I felt incredibly at ease and safe with her.
We worked with my confidence issues, which have been hounding me for most of life and holding me back. After the first session I began to feel better and went onto have a really great week. This session opened my eyes to the part of me I could now let go of and leave behind. I literally saw it melt away into a corner.
The second session helped reinforce my going forwards by looking back as to where this issue had come from and releasing it. It was quite a wonderful experience.
Since the sessions I am approaching my work with a very different attitude and have booked 2 new clients in for 6 weeks each without any doubt in my mind as to my abilities.
I cannot recommend Angela highly enough. What a great mix of skill, understanding and compassion.
