About Me

I have a wealth of experience working with women of all ages helping them to become their best selves –  I’m a Level 4 Personal Trainer and have taught fitness classes and coached one-to-one, but I believe true wellness is more than just having the perfect body; it’s being happy in body, mind and spirit.

This is why I trained as a hypnotherapist, as the mind is so much more powerful than you might realise for helping us achieve our dream lives.

As for the spirit, I believe we can only achieve true happiness if we are living our soul purpose and this is why I’ve worked as a career and business coach, both in the corporate sector and in my coaching work.

As an intuitive coach and holistic therapist, I help women to release what’s stopping them being the best version of themselves so they can become the true confident woman they want to be.

I have a unique coaching process that combines my intuitive insights alongside my hypnotherapy background to help identify the root cause of any issues you may be having. By treating the cause and not just the symptoms, you will feel so much lighter and happier.

M can stand for many things, but on our website, it stands for mindfulness, meditation, midlife, menopause, magic, manifestation and so much more…

  • Mindfulness is the practice of paying attention to the present moment without judgment. It can be helpful for reducing stress, anxiety, and depression.
  • Meditation is a form of mindfulness that involves focusing your attention on your breath or on a mantra. It can be helpful for improving focus, concentration, and relaxation.
  • Midlife is the period of time in a person’s life that typically begins in their 40s or 50s. It can be a time of great change and transition, as people grapple with issues such as aging, career changes, and empty nests.
  • Menopause is the natural end of a woman’s menstrual cycle. It can be a time of significant hormonal changes, which can lead to symptoms such as hot flashes, night sweats, and mood swings. Men can also experience changes in mid-life which some people call manopause!
  • Magic is the art of creating change through the use of rituals, symbols, and words. It can be a powerful tool for self-transformation.
  • Manifestation is the process of bringing something into your life by focusing your thoughts and energy on it. It is based on the belief that our thoughts create our reality.

Oceanal is…

… a vast and mysterious place. It’s home to countless creatures, both known and unknown. It’s also a place of great beauty and power. The ocean can be calm and serene, or it can be wild and turbulent. Just like the ocean, the subconscious mind is a vast and mysterious place. It’s home to our thoughts, feelings, memories, and desires. It’s also a place of great power. The subconscious mind can influence our thoughts, feelings, and behavior in ways that we’re not even aware of.

In dreams, water often represents the subconscious mind. When we dream about being in the ocean, it can be a sign that we’re exploring our subconscious thoughts and feelings. If the ocean is calm and serene in our dreams, it can be a sign that we’re feeling at peace with ourselves. If the ocean is wild and turbulent, it can be a sign that we’re feeling stressed or anxious.

Just like the ocean, the subconscious mind is a place of both calm and chaos. It’s up to us to decide how we want to interact with our subconscious mind. We can choose to go with the flow, or we can swim against the tide. We can choose to surf the waves, or we can let ourselves be tossed about by the currents.

If we want to make positive life changes, it’s important to learn how to work with our subconscious mind. We can do this by paying attention to our dreams, by meditating, and by practicing mindfulness. When we learn to listen to our subconscious mind, we can tap into its vast potential for healing and growth.

When we are in alignment with our subconscious we are  – Going with the flow: This means letting go of control and allowing things to happen naturally. It’s like riding a wave, rather than trying to swim against it.

When we are not in alignment with our subconscious we are – Swimming against the tide: This means going against the current, which can be difficult and challenging. It’s like trying to swim upstream, rather than downstream.

Our emotions are also like the ocean:

  • Stormy seas: This can represent strong emotions, such as anger, fear, or sadness.
  • Calm and still: This can represent peace, tranquility, and serenity.
  • Waves: This can represent ups and downs in life, such as good times and bad times.
  • Tides: This can represent change, as the tides are constantly changing.

If we explore the depths of our own psyches, we may find our own hidden treasures, buried beneath the surface. We can learn to navigate our own stormy seas, as we unleash the power we didn’t know we had.

This website is about mental and emotional health first and foremost and how, by working on our inner selves we can see the changes we want to see in our external world.

Having never experienced this type of hypnotherapy before, but knowing about it I went in both intrigued and excited.

Angela was great. So clear in her explanations, she listened and I felt incredibly at ease and safe with her.

We worked with my confidence issues, which have been hounding me for most of life and holding me back. After the first session I began to feel better and went onto have a really great week. This session opened my eyes to the part of me I could now let go of and leave behind. I literally saw it melt away into a corner.
